Learning Objectives:
The participant will gain confidence in knowing that change is okay and can be beneficial. We will demonstrate proven tactics that worked for our ECC.
The participant will learn that it's okay to use over the top applications that provide NG911 technologies to your ECC. it's about creating a more efficient workflow for your staff and also meeting citizen and public safety expectations that are obtainable. Basically, it's taking baby steps to start absorbing these technologies at your departments pace.
The participant will be able to develop a plan for their own center by learning what worked for us and more importantly learning how we implemented the changes.
