Participants will be tasked with challenging many traditional thought processes in their daily lives. Come explore alongside your peers! Learning Objectives:
Following this session, participants will be able to define the differences between a leader and those who lead and describe why it is important for a person to know their WHY.
Following this session, participants will be able to share with others the nature of the Golden Circle and share about companies or leaders who understand their WHY and how this makes a difference.
Following this session, participants will have spent some time considering, and hopefully writing down, their WHY or at least the foundation of their WHY. Participants will also walk away with specific challenges to ensure the learning and exploration does not stop after APCO.
