This session will focus on the use cases, best practices, and key learning in with regards to LMR/LTE interoperability. The discussion will highlight the growing recognition among agencies for augmenting LMR systems with mission critical push-to-talk (MCPTT) capabilities to enhance communications. Subjects such as benefits of the dual LMR and LTE coverage, leveraging FirstNet for new LMR sites, extending coverage beyond LMR footprints, and providing indoor coverage will also be discussed.
