Every day, each one of us has a chance to make a difference in the lives of those around us. As the first, first responders, we definitely have those opportunities. So the question is this? What type of legacy are you going to leave? Come explore how having an infinite mindset in 911 will help you leave an amazing legacy!

Learning Objectives:

  • Following this session, participants will be able to share what a true concept of team is and why it is so important. Further, understanding this first aspect permits the participant to live out keeping people first while prioritizing caring for their self.
  • Following this session, participants will be able to teach on and instill the value of giving without expecting to get in return from those they lead and serve.
  • Following this session, participants will be able to list intentional means to empower future generations. This might include behavioral changes in their current approaches to leadership or it might more cognitive in nature.
