Emphasis will be placed on the importance of proper documentation to ensure clear, unbiased records of performance and progress. We will also address how trainer burnout or personal biases can influence their perception of trainees, potentially hindering success. Strategies for overcoming these challenges will be discussed, including maintaining emotional awareness, self-reflection, and fostering an environment of constructive feedback to support both the trainee’s growth and the trainer's well-being.
