Consolidation and growing responsibilities made our radio room crazy. Learn how we began leveraging Kaizen—a proven methodology for continuous improvement to enhance workflows and address problems that became glaringly apparent as our radio room grew and our regional dispatch partners disappeared. We will discuss how a structured problem-solving technique, fishbone, and meaningful engagements can change chaotic processes (“Krazy”) into streamlined systems of growth (“Kaizen”) and other lessons learned along the way.
