Even in our darkest days, a ray of sunshine is still possible. In this class, the presenter will talk about how his job in 911 actually saved his life. How a single phone call prevented him from throwing it all away. How a single phone call showed his purpose to go on just one more day. Together we will learn how you too can triumph from tragedy, and how your purpose can fuel your passion. To focus your energy, your consistency of positive thoughts helps you and those around you.
Learning Objectives:
The students will learn about depression and what masking symptoms can look like.
The students will learn about what really can be happening in the mind of a suicidal person. While we say its a selfish act yet, the last person they are thinking about at the moment is themselves.
How through recovery, we can live in a more positive lifestyle. How positivity is contagious and how to spread it in their centers.
