As law enforcement grapples with rising call volumes and staffing shortages, response times are impacted, and community expectations increase. This session will explore innovative solutions, including live streaming 911 calls and the Drone as First Responder (DFR) program. Learn how real-time audio from 911 calls and drones arriving within 90 seconds enhance situational awareness, improve officer safety, and optimize resource allocation. Retired Captain Don Redmond will share insights from his experience leading the first agency to successfully implement both technologies.
