We'll explore strategies for building confidence and independence, using positive reinforcement to encourage growth, and improving information retention in the fast-paced 911 environment. Additionally, we'll discuss when it’s crucial to intervene, ensuring safety while providing valuable learning opportunities. By embracing mistakes, we can develop more capable and self-reliant team members, preparing them for the real-world challenges they’ll face in emergency services.
