Learning Objectives:
The audience will be able to understand several outdated and disproven learning theories and will also understand what appropriate replacements are available.
The audience will be able to understand how to apply more modern learning theories in both a classroom/academic environment as well as a live environment (taking live calls / dispatching).
The audience will be able to understand the basics of Emotional Regulatory Theory and how positive and negative experiences will affect the trainee's brain, and what the CTO's responsibilities are in this process to help the trainee navigate successfully based on this theory.
