Join Wendy for an interactive session in which she will lead you through some short meditations and breathing exercises that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine regardless of what shift/hours you work. She will also introduce you to tapping, what it is, how to use it and how it's helped her personally while dealing with anxiety both on and off the job. The session will conclude with a laughter yoga practice. You'll walk away from this session feeling refreshed and with a smile on your face. Trust me, this is one you don't want to miss!
Learning Objectives:
Participants will learn and be able to practice breathing techniques and meditations for daily use.
Participants will gain an understanding of what tapping is and how to incorporate it into their workday.
Participants will learn some basic chair yoga moves as well as the importance of laughter yoga and how to use it both on and off the job.
