When discussing “Mission Critical Services” on FirstNet, what does it truly mean? How does interoperability factor into that? How does the technology behind the features work, and what are the implications for users when they develop essential communications plans? In session we’ll demystify these concepts for listeners with a basic understanding of LMR or cellular technology. We will provide the essential details and concepts necessary to help attendees understand FirstNet Mission Critical Services (MCS) and the benefits for your agencies. Attendees will have a chance to engage in interactive discussions, empowering them to become confident advocates and leaders of MCS within their organizations.
