ECC Tour: Prince George's County Public Safety Communications

Touring an emergency communications center (ECC) is a great way to view first-hand how other communication centers operate on a day-to-day basis. Sign-up is on a first-come first-serve basis and will be available on the day of the tour at the Information Booth in the Baltimore Convention Center. Space for each tour is limited to the first 50 registrants.

All tours depart from/return to the Baltimore Convention Center, Pratt Street Lobby, Level 200 Transportation Desk.

You may only sign up yourself and not others for the tour.
A photo ID is required to sign up.

Prince George's County Public Safety Communications is an internationally accredited 9-1-1 center and our personnel are recognized for their professionalism, commitment to public safety, leadership, and innovation. We are a public safety agency staffed with 197 civilian personnel working together as 9-1-1 call takers, law enforcement and fire/EMS dispatchers, trainers, supervisors.
