My name is Arin Flook, my public safety journey began in 2013 as a volunteer firefighter in Middletown, Maryland and I serve as an Assistant Dispatch Supervisor with Loudoun County Fire and Rescue, where I’ve worked for the past six years.

I am an APCO Certified Training Officer (CTO), APCO Supervisor, CTO Instructor, and hold both the Registered Public-Safety Leader (RPL) and Certified Manager of Communications Centers (CMCP) certifications. I’m actively involved in multiple APCO committees and contribute to our agency’s Employee Engagement Committee, as well as groups focused on CAD procedures and integrating evolving technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

I have a strong passion for teaching and mentoring, always striving to go above and beyond my job description. I’m quick to volunteer for overtime and special projects and remain dedicated to supporting my team in any way I can.
