Crystal Lawrence, CPE, RPL, ENP

Crystal Lawrence joined the APCO Communications Center and 9-1-1 Services (CC9S) staff in 2011 and is currently the Director of the CC9S department. In this capacity, Crystal supports a fantastic team dedicated to APCO Consulting Services (ACS), APCO Project RETAINS Staffing Toolkit, Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP), NG9-1-1 Training and Initiatives. She began her public safety journey in 1996 and before joining APCO worked in two Emergency Communications Centers in Wake County, North Carolina, holding positions from Telecommunicator to Director. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Wesleyan College.
