Craig is a career 9-1-1 professional with over 16 years experience as a police, medical, and fire dispatcher and call taker in a large center in South Carolina. He has served as a Communications Training Officer, member of TERT, founding member of the agency's Peer Support Team, founding member of the Special Operations Department with responsibilities in defining the new department's job duties and creating their training program from scratch, and serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Craig now runs his own business providing consultation contract services with agencies across the United States and teaches a variety of classes in his local community. When not working, he enjoys hiking, scuba diving, and spending time with his family.
