Megan Lautz is a Registered Dietitian and strength coach with a Master's in Sports Nutrition. Megan specializes in first responder nutrition, tailoring nutrition to fit the lifestyle of a first responder. She works full-time for Fairfax Fire and Police (just outside of DC). While a civilian, Megan has strived to understand the challenges first responders face when trying to stay healthy. Megan is also the owner of RescueRD LLC, which provides nutrition seminars and coaching for first responders nationwide.
