Redic Morris is a veteran public safety leader and retired Deputy Sheriff with Fairfax County, bringing over 35 years of distinguished service in Fairfax County Government. As the Strategic Planning Manager for the Fairfax County Department of Public Safety Communications (DPSC), Redic plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of emergency response through the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies that drive operational excellence and community impact.
A graduate of the Fairfax County Criminal Justice Academy, Redic brings a career-long commitment to innovation, equity, and public service. He is an alum of several prestigious leadership programs, including the International Association of Chiefs of Police Leadership in Police Organizations, the Fairfax County Middle Managers Roundtable, Leadership Fairfax Institute, and George Mason University’s Executive Certificate in Higher Impact Leadership.
