Jesalyn Moore is a passionate mental health advocate with extensive expertise in substance use disorders and holistic wellness strategies. With a career spanning public safety, military communities, and clinical care, she offers a unique perspective on the intersection of mental health and trauma.
As the Public Safety Clinical Program Manager for the City of Virginia Beach, Jesalyn supports first responders through critical incident stress management and resilience-building programs. Previously, she led multiple Virginia addiction treatment facilities as Market CEO for a national corporation and served as a substance use disorder clinician for the Department of Defense, providing tailored care to military members and their families.
Jesalyn has partnered with federal, state, and local agencies to implement wellness initiatives for public safety and community groups, working with organizations like local Community Service Boards and the Public Safety Wellness Association.
