Carrie Chattell, the Manager of Learning Design and Delivery at E-Comm 9-1-1, brings 27 years’ experience in working in Emergency Services. She discovered her passion for adult education early in her career and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Adult Education. She has formally worked in Training and Development for the past 12 years as both a trainer, designer, and manager.
