Sheila Hanna Kirkland is a renowned professional in the field of public safety communications, with over 25 years' experience to her credit. Her expertise includes training, computer-aided dispatch system, and quality assurance. Sheila began her career as a 911 Telecommunicator and moved through the ranks up to the Director position. She was previously the Education and Training Administrator for the APCO International Institute. Currently, she is the Demonstration and Training Specialist for Emeres, Inc.
When Sheila is not working, she enjoys diamond painting, gardening and spending time with her family.
