Kristin Gonul is the 911 Education Coordinator for the Association of Central OK Governments (ACOG), located in Oklahoma City, OK. Kristin has over 10 years of experience as a telecommunicator with the Nichols Hills Police Department, a municipality within Oklahoma City, OK. Kristin holds instructor certifications in APCO PST1, APCO Communications Training Officer, APCO Communications Center Supervisor, and APCO Fire Service Communications. Prior to working for ACOG, Kristin worked for the OK Department of Corrections, starting in 1991 as a Probation and Parole Officer. Her last postion with the OK Department of Corrections was as the Manager of Sentence Administration, Offender Records and Registries. She retired after 29 years of service.
