Joshua Briggs, ENP - I currently serve as the State of NC NG911 Program Manager for AT&T Consulting and have been serving in that capacity since 2017.

I have 34 years’ experience in Public Safety including Public Safety Technology, Public Safety Private Sector, and Public Safety Operations.

I have extensive experience working with internal and external customers, local and state government officials, senior leadership, and suppliers & manufactures of Public Safety Technology. I have managed and\or participated in multi-million-dollar projects and implementation teams. These include major Public Safety 9-1-1 projects, which include consulting, training, project management, program management, and service management. I have field experience as a 9-1-1 PSAP Director and Telecommunicator, Paramedic, Firefighter, and a Reserve Law Enforcement Officer. Additionally, I have managed teams of Solutions Architects and Product Consultants in the Public Safety Private Sector. I am a Trusted Advisor to clients in the arena of Public Safety E9-1-1 products, technology, solutions, and operations.
