Kristin Mullen

Training/Quality Assurance Manager

Kristin Mullen currently serves as the Training and Quality Assurance Manager for Metro Nashville Department of Emergency Communications. She has been with MNDEC for 22 years, 24 years total in this profession. Kristin has obtained certifications – APCO’s RPL, NENA’s CMCP, and most recently, APCO’s CPE, class #16. Kristin is passionate about supporting and caring for people and those in the public safety profession. She feels it is important to remember each step of your journey and consistently reflect on your ‘why’ as you progress forward in your career. Every day, be significant and intentional, and help those around you grow into their best self.
