At the culmination of this session, participants will be able to discuss the steps to building a high-performing organizational culture.
At the culmination of this session, participants will be able to associate behaviors that effect culture and will be provided with resources and ideas on how to implement culture support within their agency.
At the culmination of this session, participants will be able to identify action items that would assist them with identifying agency culture issues within their own agency. This would include how to create and implement effective surveys.
