Hermina “Nina” Koshinski is the Chief of Radio Operations Engineering & Support for the Pennsylvania State Police PA-STARNet system and has worked for the State for over 22 years. In this role she manages a dedicated Network Operations Center (NOC) and the P25 state trunked phase 2 system comprised of all bands VHF/UHF/700/800. She is responsible for the engineering, configuration, operation, and maintenance of the trunked system and interoperability opportunities with local, state, federal and business partners. She serves on a number of committees, including: P25 Steering Committee, Project 25 Technology Interest Group (PTIG), Federal Partnership for Interoperable Communications (FPIC), and several others.
