JaCorey Glaude is an ENP, RPL, and a Certified Emergency Communications Specialist with over a decade in public safety operations, training, and leadership. As a Training and Technology Consultant at Omni Public Safety Group, he optimizes emergency response systems nationwide, leveraging his deep knowledge of emergency communications to lead, train, and improve operational standards and the culture of 911.

Though in leadership, JaCorey remains connected to frontline work, serving part-time at Harris County ESD11 and an adjunct instructor at Houston Community College. He is dedicated to mentorship and empowering others, playing a key role in shaping the future of public safety through his involvement on the APCO International CAC, NENA Education Advisory Board, DEI Special Committee, and as a NENA Instructor.
