Chagrin Valley Dispatch
Bedford, Ohio
Nick DiCicco has 40 years of experience in the public safety world. His career began with the Russell Township Fire Department as a volunteer firefighter while in high school and continued into dispatch while working his way through paramedic school. If that wasn't enough, he decided to also take the law enforcement route and became a police officer, K9 handler, and ultimately retired as a Lieutenant from the Orange Village Police Department. After retirement, he took on the role of the director of a small regionalized dispatch center as an 'easy' retirement job, which ended up being anything but easy! Today Chagrin Valley Dispatch is the largest regional center in Ohio where they provide police / fire / ems services for 32 law enforcement agencies and 24 fire/ems agencies. Nick also servers as the TERT Coordinator for the State of Ohio.
