“Since October 2023, Jordan has been a driving force for engagement and recruitment at Virginia Beach Emergency Communications and Citizen Services (ECCS). As a Community Engagement and Recruitment Specialist, she raises public awareness through various education strategies and seeks out passionate individuals to join the team as 9-1-1 Telecommunicators and 311 Citizen Service Assistants.

Jordan has experience with media relations including internal and external audiences through social media management and print media skills by creating her agency's quarterly newsletter, The Recruitment Press. She has also helped start up her agency's marketing strategies with movie theater and hotel room public service announcements.
