Lisa Rapitis began her career as a telecommunicator in February of 2011, two years later her agency took part in a regionalization effort and she took the chance on a new adventure! Over the next 12 years she rose through the ranks serving as a training officer, first-line Supervisor, Center Manager, and ultimately the Deputy Director. She now has the pleasure to work with 110 amazing telecommunicators, 32 police agencies, and 24 fire agencies.
