Hi! My name is Brittney! I am a 911 Dispatcher and CTO for Metro Nashville Department of Emergency Communications! I am also a member of our Peer Support Program! I have a vast background in studying Psychology as well as being a Life Coach. I have certifications in a variety of different areas in Mental Health through Virtual Academy/Harvard Business/and other reputible organizations. As someone who deals with Mental Health issues myself including Compound Trauma and grief right before entering my 911 career when I lost both my mother and father only a year apart... I am familiar with both sides of Mental Health...being the HELPER and the one needing help. I am passionate about teaching others and breaking the silence and stigma around how people are viewed that suffer from Mental Health Issues!
