Joe Serio

Joe Serio, Ph. D., delivers conference presentations and trainings on leadership and communication. He is the founder of The 360 Dispatcher and co-author of Dispatcher Stress: 50 Lessons on Beating the Burnout and co-author of Dispatch Supervisor: 50 Lessons on Being a Great Leader. Joe is the founder of the 911 Supervisor Leadership Academy, and host of the 911 Leadership Training Event held at the Mayan Ranch outside San Antonio, TX, in March, September, and November every year. He recently launched the year-long program, High Performance Academy: Developing Tomorrow's 911 Leaders Today.
