I started in police communications in 1977 as a high school senior. I continued working through my undergraduate degree. Ultimately, I retired as a Special Agent with the FBI. Afterward, I returned to the 9-1-1 fold, where I managed the comm center of a small agency. Since 2018, I have been in my current role, where I support all of the telecommunicators in Palm Beach County with call-handling technologies and training. Training is my passion, and I will do anything I can to guide, foster, mentor, or make work better for 9-1-1 telecommunicators.
