Born and raised in the beautiful Lake Tahoe, Nevada, James Matthews has dedicated over 10 years to public safety, serving as an emergency dispatcher, police officer, and Public Information Officer (PIO). Now living in Nashville, James works as a member of Metro Nashville Department of Emergency Communications command staff serving as the agency PIO. Outside of work, James enjoys traveling, concerts, and road trips.
