Chuck Rushing is the Deputy Director of Field Operations for the Tennessee Advanced Communications Network. Chuck joined this team in December of 2024. Chuck moved from Riverside County California to join the TACN team and share his passion for supporting mission critical communications. Chuck led his team in Riverside County to implement several interoperability paths including Critical Connect, Smart Connect, and traditional ISSI for surrounding agencies and also implemented GPS locations services on Genesis iVista mapping for Motorola, Kenwood, and Harris radios.
