Brad has been an active member of the PSAP community, and worked in PSAP Operations for 15 years. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Public Administration and heavy involvement in the Staffing Taskforce along with being the 9-1-1 Futurist, Brad brings a unique perspective to solving the challenges facing 9-1-1.
